Only 2 weeks left to register for your chance to enter the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest™ Preliminary competition at Windsor Elvis® Fest! The Grand Champion at Windsor Elvis® Fest will automatically be entered in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest™ being held during Elvis® Week in Memphis, TN in August of this year. Join us on stage on Windsor's beautiful downtown riverfront and in the fabulous Chrysler Theatre. Registered ETA's receive 2 complimentary tickets for all festival events and shows and possibly the opportunity to perform at other venues over the weekend. Windsor Elvis Fest 2008 will once again be a preliminary competition for the 2008 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest™! Based upon complimentary reports of our first festival in 2006, Windsor Elvis Fest was invited to be one of only 24 worldwide UETAC preliminary competition sites in 2007, and recently again, invited to be one of only 30 preliminary sites for the 2008 UETAC event in Memphis. For the first time in history, Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. licensed a limited number of Elvis Tribute Artist (ETA) contests around the world. Twenty four preliminary contest venues were chosen, and a total of 434 ETA’s competed for a chance to move on to the contest in Memphis. The event was so successful, that they have decided to hold the contest again in 2008. Shawn Klush, from Pennsylvania, won the 2007 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest.
